[Closed] ss inbred - what bb?

Just getting to putting my hack bike together, (2010 inbred frame).

Could do with some bb advice please, re-using some old alivio/octalink cranks (32t sprocket in outer ring position), cassette hub on vertical dropouts, dmr sts kit.

Inbred is 68mm bb, but the one I have in stock is 73x118mm, so can I use it with spacers or is that a no go? Thinking about effect on bearings (accepting it's a cheap bb), and chainline.

Options if I have to replace are 68 x 118 or 126, presume 118 is correct?

So what's my best option?
