I've just taken delivery of a new Commencal Meta v4 AM. Looking at the rear caliper, it looks like there is a connectamajig between the caliper and hose - I thought these were only being added to Stealth Reverbs where I can see they would be more useful.
There's a chance the bike may have been built up wrong I guess?

It's likely that it is there so you can internally route through the frame and not have to bleed it after.

OK, that's good news. I need to reroute internally after a switch to moto style, so will be useful.
Or, I can use it on the seatpost instead I guess
