How much does it normally cost for a bike shop to replace a spoke and nipple and I presume retension a wheel?

We'd charge about £10 assuming it's straight forward. You'll be much more popular if you take a wheel in without tyre/tube/cassette/rotor, saves the mechanic doing it.
