I'm broadly following a diet which has similar principles to iDave. No Wheat or Dairy, plenty of lean meat and veg.
So, spelt isn't actually wheat, but it is related and does contain gluten. But it's higher in protein. So, is it permitted in whole grain form, or indeed flour form?
