Hi all,
Do Specialized still offer a crash replacement policy on helmets? If so, what is it and does anyone have a good contact number please?

Yep.
Phone them up, tell them the model. They give you a price (about half retail). You send in a cheque and the old helmet and you get a return about 48 hours later.
