Been thinking about going for the full bike fit at my local spesh 'concept' store.. especially since my knees are going me problems. Any thoughts on if it's worth it? Not cheap..
Asked about this at the concept store in Harrogate when visiting the inlaws. They said it was really for road bikes!
So I did some research and went to [url= http://www.rocknroadcycles.co.uk/ ]Rock and road[/url]and had a fitting best money I've ever spent took half a day but I have all the stats ie the bike fit cleat position etc and the difference in power output and comfort was really noticeable. Can't recommend it and the shop enough.

I would also be interested in reading peoples opinions regarding fitting services as I am thinking about doing one for my current riding setup and cleat position etc
