Maybe I shouldn't have been eager to try out spds for the time following the xmas after dinner port. It did seem a bit more fiddly than it should have been. But... left shoe is stuck to pedal. The right clicked in nicely but the left took me ages to get it in and then no amount of heel twisting could remove it. The pedals are caged so I can't get to the tensioner. Any ideas?
