Out last night with Mrs M across the South Downs with a cheeky ride across the Beachy Head Roller Coaster to Belle tout light house and beyond, stopping at a pub for a quick pint.
Glorious evening ride.
Wednesday night Summer Solstice ride up Helvellyn. It was warm cloudy and it turned on us at the summit. Great ride.

Great ride at Afan last night, even if the heat was oppressive, I can't remember ever riding there when it's been so dry - there's dry days and there's last night when you're sending up big rooster tails of dust and drifting corners.

Tis Seldom Scene a gem in the Lakes very rarely meet any walkers when riding down was running well last night, shame my rear shock is leaking air in to the negative chamber causing rock strikes galore!
