Sat with my recovery pale ale and cashews, came off the trails(no lights, farm tracks, gravel and gnarmac) and back on the streets to head home at 10.45. Loads of owls about tonight too, and tingly legs from summer nettles. Life is good.

A hack through the local woods and farm tracks with a few stops to soak up the vibes and watch the moody red sunset over the irish sea. Home by 10.20 with a face full of midges and big grin.
