[#12560588]

I put this in the positivity thread.
But heck, it needs it's own thread.

Reminds me of when my daughter finally built up the confidence to get her feet off the ground and start riding properly. And, purely coincidentally, her best friend from school was walking past with her dad as it happened. Just the look of pride on her face was utterly priceless.

That is awesome, had to stream it to the big telly and watch it again.

Kids are great. I was in Aldi today and the guy behind me at the checkout - big, tattooed, slightly intimidating guy - had his daughter in the trolley, about Bo's age I guess, sat on a box of beers, eating a mini chocolate muffin.

"Hard work shopping?" I asked him, pointing to her enjoying the cake.

"Hard day at nursery apparently" he replied. "But she's not allowed cake until she's had some fruit". In the trolley was the box the muffin had been taken out of, with a banana skin in, next to an open pack of bananas.

Then she went all shy and giggly when the girl on the checkout said she would have to scan her so dad could pay for what was in her tummy.

Yeah, I know, cool starry bra, but little kids happy and giggling is the best sound in the world.

Thats great!

Got my granddaughter her first bike this week, baby steps (obvs) but she's keen already. Didn't even get a chance to take the packaging off the helmet 😆

My lad is nearly 16 months old. Can't wait for days like this. First balance bike ready and waiting.

Bike seats, trailers and of course bikes are money well spent. Wish I could have those early years back!
