Will we die riding it on a tandem?

Or will we still beat the majority of weekend away southerners?

😉

If you do the big loop, you may die of boredom on the fireroads. better off doing W2.

Discuss...

Don't do full Skyline, do July (start skyline but when you get to a junction that says Skyline left and right, go right.) The go and do whites or something.

Failing that, what Explosion said... W2 makes for a much more interesting loop.

Haven't ridden Skyline (or any thing else) for a few weeks due to injury. But I know there are some diversions on the Skyline due to harvesting.

See link

Have a good ride.

Wish I could join you for a ride, I've got a strained groin.......

Been troubling me for about 8 months, but finally gave in on a recent Gap ride, had to walk the last 6 miles.

Doctor has advised a rest from the bike for 2 weeks, getting physio treatment. Might be awhile off the bike yet , might be ok in 2 months or so.

😥
Must be driving you mad not being able to ride.

Hop and the back and Amanda will give you a free ride round on the longbike.( bearing in mind that she's only been on the front once and couldn't steer it in a straigh line on the road) 😯

Yep, been spending sometime at Cwmcarn taking photos of the downhillers to feed my need for bike adrenalin.
Plus a bit of speedway.

Good. Smoke them puny halfbike riders 🙂 If they get in the way - use 'em for traction

Were you on an Orbit blue tandem? We saw you pull up but we'd set off before you. Hope you enjoyed it.
It's inspired me to get mine back on the go again now that my regular stoker is gaining fitness after a layoff.
post some pics when you get back.

Stu that was me on the hairpin that moved my bike to let you round with the comment about not expecting a long vehicle! I was waiting to take pics of our group, I'd be impressed to see you attempt the black section 😕

Cheers for moving.

We needed all the room we could get.

We did some of the Skyline(including some cheek) then worked ourway back and did Whites from the top.

Few close calls down there. 😆

Surely those fire road sections are when you gat to take the pi55 out of your mates or do a lot of people miss the singletrack by riding straight past.
Although we did get a bit lost in the low cloud honest 😯
