Long shot, but...

As I keep telling people "I'm doing SITS as my first ever solo event", my personal trainer (I'm not taking it that seriously honest), has asked if I can get a (GPS)profile of the course (ie asc/desc etc etc).

Does anyone have such profiles for the past couple of years? It would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty much yeah...

I last did it in 06 and I can remember only one short sharp climb, a descent round a tree and back up again oh and that silly bombhole at the end IIRC.

It's one of those courses that you can blat round in the big ring for the first 2 laps.
By the end you will be crawling up even the slightest incline in the granny ring.

Or maybe that was just me...

I was with you there crazy legs.

Its not got much climbing tho in reality - a couple of short steep climbs and a couple of bits where you gain a bit of height over a bit of distance. At a guess 500ft climbing per lap maybe less?

How different/similar is it to the Enduro 6 course? Looks like there's a bit extra to the north, but similar apart from that.
