Need to order some replacemnet pads for the Sram Guide R - I see they come in Sintered or organic.

What are the main differences and what would make you choose 1 over the other?

Also was going to get a Bleed Kit for my brakes. I see that there are 2 versions. My bike is a 2018 model so should I assume I need the newer kit (for 2017 onwards Sram Brakes) or is there a way to check if you have newer or older versions?

Sintered F&R as ride a lot in the Peak and organics don't last that long in wet gritty paste. Might swap to Organic for a trip to Madeira, if I remember.

1/2 decent write up here on the differences - https://www.worldwidecyclery.com/blogs/worldwide-cyclery-blog/mountain-bike-brake-pads-sintered-vs-organic

Should help identify which caliper you have. As you say, you'd assume the newer version with the bleeding edge thingy
