I quite fancied going until I read that. I think I'll just go for a ride instead now.

Does anyone remember those occasional STW FoD Singlespeed meets we used to do a few years back? Psling used to 'organise' them...

[puts hand up] I do ! 😉 [/puts hand up]

I understand there will be a local tax on each 26" wheel entered into ssec'10 and maybe a cheese / beer bartering service?

Sucking up won't help you get an entry however completing the* sentence in less than 10 words with a funny or good answer will help 😉

*Sentence to be released soon, well before April sometime.

That's good, I hate sucking up.

Bribery though, no problem.

Do Australians count as Europeans? We could conveniently lose the "...al..." bit 🙂

I took the liberty to post a link of the SSEC 2010 on VV (french forum) and a bloke from belgium seems to be interested.

Cheers

juan.

You have to wait for the entrys to open.

Just like everyone else.

If you are desperate to email the organisers though use this addy.

ssec10@gmail.com

but didn't sheldon talked above of "showing an interest" so that the number of spaces per country could be allocated?
Cheers

Indeed but read the whole sentence "To get an entry, you will have to register an interest once we open the 'phone lines'"

I'll publish an email address and what information we need when we're ready for entries.

What everyone has failed to take into account is the fact that here in the Forest we are not part of Europe or even the UK means you are all foreigners 😆 Please show passports when crossing the Wye, Severn or the A40

Could be right there Dave, thats why 650B is for medium sized people.

Mattsccm, we can tell the difference as the real FOD Dwellers have webbed feet and 6 fingers, thus anyone who is normal will be welcome.

not to mention the oddly thick, curly white hair that covers a lot of their bodies.
And an aversion to mint sauce...

I will be there along with number one son.

If 650B is for middle sized people is he still allowed to ride?

I'll have to check with our 'legal sh1t' knight and see what age limit the insurance has.

If it's any help my daughter rode the SSUK when she was 13, so they obviously had insurance that covered the age.

Sorry Sheldon. Number one son is plenty old enough!

I was just wondering whether he was actually 'too tall' to be allowed to ride the 650B wheeled bike again.
