Got out on my bike last night and discovered/rediscovered a bit of singletrack I hadn't ridden for upwards of 15 years (It was down right rude rather than cheeky so not going to publicize where it was). Can't describe the joy of riding a completely empty bit of flowing trail in good condition on a nice evening without a head full of problems. It reminded me of why I ride a bike
