Aye.

How was it on the belmont descent?

I didn't think it would be much fun on 25mm slicks so gave it a miss. Was fine down the alternative ice cream run though ๐Ÿ™‚

Well whaddya know, another Pompino! Not exactly glamorous but has served me well for the last 3 years or so. Now fully mudguarded up and ready for the onset of winter (the carbon geared bike has been monopolising things in the good weather).

Gearing is 42:16, Open Pro with On-One cartridge hub, flats and bar ends (better behaved in traffic), bog standard V brakes, Thomson post is about the only remotely flash part on it.

Traveller's Check - strictly speaking this is a double-double but it's a manual swap of speeds
