She's a flyer, one of those bikes that just feels right, been running it on the 130mm travel until the other day and swapped it to the 160mm which drops the BB half an inch and slackens it a bit so will see what improvement that makes too.

I'm not too good at taking pictures, even stationary ones in my garden! Believe me, this looks a lot nicer in the flesh.

I finally finished fitting a new, longer brake hose last night so I am really looking forward to it's virgin run this afternoon in Cwmcarn on my way home form work! Woohoo!

Scruff, yours is a beauty in blue I have to say! I used the Totems on my Bullit and SX trail and they were superb.
For my riding (basically cycling/pushing to the top of local DH tracks) the single crowns are perfect and I think think they compliment the frame aesthetically well enough!

scruff, what did loco do to your shock and what effect were you wanting from the tune? my mate says his bighit feels like it doesn't pop very well so is looking at getting his tuned too.

Goodgrief,

Mine is just a cheap Van R shock, I wanted more comression damping, LOCO reshimmed & new fluids and it pedals better, resists bottoming and its better over bumps. I guess it does 'pop' better aswell.

LOCO is cheaper than others to reshim & tune and sepantly cheaper than buying PUSH or a new DHX, superb service. ๐Ÿ˜€

Scruff - When you say it's better over bumps now, do you mean it recovers from repeated fast hits better? Can you feel it tracking the ground better?

I have same shock as you on my Froggy and am considering options for modding it.
