Bought a bike Dec 18 and the saddle is starting to split, I enquired about it being under warranty and it's classed as wear and tear. However, they've sent a replacement foc next day. Excellent service - Thanks Jim!

Stif are cool, I went up there and tried on endless riding trousers, they even pulled a bike off display to let me sit on it to try the trousers out properly.

I had the opposite experience with Specialized. Seat split after 3 months, refused warranty, but the local shop called BS and swapped it. Same thing happened a few months later and both of them refuse to do anything.

Stif are amongst the very best in the market I'd say. Never had anything other than top service.

Love Stif. I bought my SC Hightower SE from them in the sales with a whopping 40% off. I'd ordered the 29er. They then rang we and said i could have the 650b Plus version for the same price and they would build me a set of 29r wheels inc Hope Hubs and Maxxis DHF/R tyres for free. So i got two sets of wheels plus the 150mm fork rather than the 140mm fork. All at no extra cost.

They were great when I had problems with a KS Lev.

They're always top notch when i go in to look or buy little bits, wish i could afford one of the bikes as they do seem to give good cover for the product!

Haven’t used them for years but we’re always great when they were upstairs in Headingly and then in their big shop up the road.

Never used them, but the Stif Morf is a lovely hardtail. Sold mine to fund a Flare and regretted it almost immediately. Just a really great bike that suited me.

Yes they sorted me out with a new motor and battery for my bike in difficult times and no staff a couple of months back.

Only good things to say about them. Shopped with them at their Summerhouses store and always offered a coffee even if just browsing. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
