[Closed] should i get my pitch pro resprayed???
cos im cheap i couldnt be arsed buying longer gearcables, they have rubbed quite alot of the paint off i dont like the brown coulor either what powdercoated coulor should i go for byw it would be done in a car body workshop so it would have to be somthing they can make up...
😀
will it ride any different?
no... just for apperiance/selling value...
resale value would suffer
When I asked a similar question a little while ago the general opinion was that respraying to sell was a bad idea, so I stripped the frame and polished it instead and it looked so good that I kept it. 😀
I'd prefer to buy a scuffed frame than a resprayed frame. You have to bear in mind that most people will wonder what the respray is covering up.
yeah if your re spraying to sell you'll lose out as it will cost to spray and unless you go black your market may be smaller.
but if your spraying for yourself i reckon green or taxi yellow
still getting it sprayed might make me keep it...

(wishes he kept his 05 Enduro) 😐
is the bb hight on pitches lower than most bikes?
My mate Jez says he's tried and car paint just doesn't work on bike frames (something about not sticking).
There are some really good powder coaters in the Fax that'll do a bouncy bike for £40.
it was some powdercoaters keighley which i was recomended in going to
