Easton make a 70 degree stem in 17 degree variety. I'm currently using one on my mountain bike. EA70 think the level is. Cost me about 30£ new from Wiggle.

I could have sworn they used to do a higher angle version, I have an 80mm that I think is 35 degrees, which I use on to raise the front end of my goto bike (now Wazoo) by ~5cm. Really helps my lower back!

Specialized do the comp stem that has a shim so is +/- 22-28°

Shortest is 75mm though. But it's good because you can try different rises without buy more than one stem.

This is the Syntace one:

A bit spendy, though.

What wiggles said. You need to remember though that as stems get shorter the amount of rise you get by increasing the angle also gets less.

Which is why I've never understood the length/angle description. It's meaningless unless you know the diameter of the tube used and/or how big the clamp is. Lenght/rise would have been much more useful.

Thank god it's all been kicked into touch with long tt/short stem combos.

Good luck finding one.
