how many of you use these in winter...do they get in the way or are they the biz ..

As long as you remember to take it off after each ride and wash it down, it will help keep the worst of the crap off the shock. Leave it on too long and you risk trapping crap underneath it and exacerbating the situation.

Used one for a while, lost it, didn't notice any -ve difference.
Useless "complementary" item IMO.
