Is it the same cleat throughout the range?
My new road bike has Dura Aces, but I've got Look Deltas on the old one (which is now the bad weather bike). The Looks are a bit done in, and I like the DAs so far, so figured I'd maybe get some 105s to replace the Looks so I don't have to swap shoes around - are the cleats essentially the same?
Is 105 the basic Shimano model of that type?

Yeah the cleats are the same - there are two types, fixed (red) and floating (yellow), there are cheaper Shimano road pedals than 105 but I would stick at 105 if I were you (bearing quality, sealing etc.)
