Had to remove the caliper - 105 - and looking to reconnect the hose. As I’ve not trimmed it can I just reattach the hose with the existing barb and olive?

Yes, you know it will need a bleed though?

I squash the olive a couple of times with pliers so it cracks, then fit a new one leaving the barb in place. But if you don't have spare olives and they don't look too mangled then you can get away with reusing them.
