Are all the hose fittings identical? I want to change the brakes on my bike but with the rear internally routed can I just unscrew the caliper from the hose and fit a new caliper ( and lever)

Some will be different. What do you have and what are you changing to?

SLX, XT and XTR have banjo fittings at the caliper.
Lower level brakes have a screw in connector.
