Hi,
Need to change my Sram 1070 11-36 cassette (in addition to chain, rings etc).
Shimano 11-36 slx or even Xt are cheaper and pretty sure they'll still be compatible with my x9 rear mech/shifter but obviously not 100%, hence question.
Will the Shimano cassette work with my X9 rear mech/shifter?

Yes. Only shifters and mechs that you have to watch out for.
