[Closed] Shifter cable or Recourse Ultralight for KS Lev dropper?

So I've a new-to-me KS Lev dropper that came with a length of the Recourse Ultralight cable to save a whopping 25g. Is there any good reason to use this over standard shifter cable? I guess it won't rust, but it doesn't look as strong as good old braided metal.

Any thoughts?

Nope, the cables were removed when I bought it.
