New frame, shipped Friday from Germany with DHL (then ParcelFarce in the UK) Last tracking was Saturday morning, at 3.15am, saying 'forwarded for export'.

What's the chances of it actually arriving today? My gut feeling is that it won't...what say you?

I'd say zero chance

It isn't.

I just got told that my new bike will arrive in Ferndale, CA "at the end of August", and will arrive in Hong Kong one week later. This is clearly not correct.

Probably more chance than my DX collection of a parcel arranged through Wiggle that I was assured would happen on Friday.

Pile of bits ordered from Rose in the middle of last week.

Headset from Planet-X at the same time.

Everything else has arrived (CRC, Sigma Sport, Wiggle, 2x Ebay sellers) apart from them.

Not the end of the world, the guy doing the decals is on holiday and the frame sprayers have a waiting list so it's not going to be done inside a fortnight at the earliest.

I ordered a tyre and a few small bits from On One on Thursday last week and it arrived the next day, pretty good going.

Brakes from a wanted add on here. Paid 10 days ago and no contact since. Grr. Fortunately not PPG or bank transfer.

Guys home address is on 192.com though and there is enough pinkbike/twitter info to confirm location is correct.

I think tomorrow as you leave the house a parcel force van will drive past your house. You will see it and get excited but it will pass your house without so much as lifting off the gas. You'll resign yourself to it not happening and go to work feeling grumpy, possibly resulting in a [s]sternly worded[/s] impotent email to supplier.
Meanwhile the aforementioned parcel force van returned to your address seconds after you left and either dumps it outside your house, leaves a card saying it can be collected in 48hrs from a depot some distance away or leaves it with a neighbour who then denies all knowledge of the delivery or was themselves just leaving the house for a 3 week all inclusive break in the Maldives.
