Other half has a small Pinnacle Siroco in excellent condition and hardly used. Really wants 200 for it. Tried ebay but only got up to 130.
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to advertise this kind of bike?

Try putting a stealth ad on a bike forum.
Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. In this case, it appears to be £130.
