You know the bridleway climb that starts at the side of the car park is it now open?
Heading up that way in the morning.
Cheers Rob.
yes it is - very muddy up top today
Cheers Rob, what about Lockerbrook? I think I heard that there had been some work going on there.
screaming mile has been resurfaced at least the lower bit. i prefer the climb just past the first cattlegrid once you pass fairholmes roundabout.
lockerbrook has had a few heavy vehicles in places but not sure if its on the actual descent as i havent ridden it in a while, enjoying hagg farm descent a bit too much!
The screaming mile is awful at the bottom now as a descent. Sanitised, but with really loose stone - a frickin nightmare when you hit it at 30mph.
Lockerbrook is the best descent for me on that side.
As for climbs - we head right out of the car park at Fairholmes for half a mile, then left up the fire road. 10 mins and you're at the top of Lockerbrook.
lockerbrook better than hagg? you cad!
Thats a footpath slowrider...you're a very naughty boy!!
its a footpath that rangers drive their trucks up and say hello if you see them. not that naughty really!
you watching bromont twang? youll be riding like that when your hands fixed!
hagg farm descent is a bridleway
yep it is, we were talking about the fire road climb that str and myself recommended
Hagg Farm has gates - it's good if someone's holding them open. Still prefer Lockerbrook (just).
Screaming mile...is that the ascent that ROFL harris was passed by a gurl on an apollo? last august B'holiday, after the poison burger at fairholmes cafe?
it is that sharki but what a fine arse she had and see thru shorts
Fine ass and if you put the effort in you would have sen her chest too ....and she was wearing crocks.....
