Ok I'm confused I know it's threaded 73mm. But the chainset is sram x01 can I get a hope BB to suit?

You can get almost any BB to suit.
I'd go for a King myself.

Is the chainset axle not 2 different diameters?

One the one side yes. But the King comes with an adaptor to run 24mm or GPX.

I assume the grease kit is worth getting?

The grease adaptor is to me the whole point of the King BB.
Shitty ride, wash your bike with a hose, drop the crank, couple of pumps on a grease gun, sorted.
I've got a couple of King BBs that have been going for as many years as they've been available.
