Just to check I'v worked this out right, I'm running Saint M810 Hydraulic Brakes that are perfect, except I need to replace the hosing on them.
I've been quoted from an LBS £25 for a kit per brake before bleeding, so £50 total.
I presume as it's only the hose changing, all my connecters etc can be moved across, so something like:

Bought in the right quantity will do me just fine?
(Obviously brakes will still need to be bled)

You'll need olive(s)and fir trees as well as the hose if you've got straight connectors at both ends, if you have a banjo at the caliper then it'll be factory crimped onto the hose and you'll need to buy the full kit.
