Local bike shop owner / mechanic & local historian Pip Powell has died & will be sadly missed by local cyclists.
I think that he first opened his shop in 1923 & his memory was as clear as a bell. A great help, didn't mind if you didn't buy anything just wanted to help. Real local character & gent, rare these days
