Cant help with a comparison, but i've just upgraded from an old fox to an RP23 and it has transformed my bike.
As well as improved performance over every facet, the Pro Pedal works really well!

i just went from a rt3 to a 23 kashima , feels much better ,especially on climbs

Rt3 on my Mega seems spot on. Pedals without bob and goes in and out when I do some sick air.
No complaints so far. Coming from a dhx air.
