I know loads of folk do this but its my first shot having had TFT sort this in the past. Its really really easy. Having just did mine, you will need the following:

Factory Tech Vid[/url]
Seal kit.
A small metal pointy thing for removing the old seals (Bradawl or similar).
Latex gloves optional.
Some bog roll.
Kitchen worktop.
20 minutes tops.
Saved a load on servicing......

Yup - just took a Float R apart today. Incredibly simple inside.
It's going off to TFT for a PUSH upgrade and a nitrogen recharge but I was curious to see how easy a routine service might be.
Time to do the RP3 on the other bike now...
