[Closed] Route advice - Fort William and westwards

The week after next Mrs M and I are renting a cottage near Roshven in the Ardnanurchan/Moidart area west of Fort William. I will have a pass for a couple of days biking, so I'm looking for any interesting routes suggestions. I will have a car so can be fairly flexible and could even do a one way route with Mrs M dropping me off and picking me up.

Ideally looking for something that would keep me occupied for 5-7 hours plus another around 3-4 hours and especially anything including some good technical descents. Happy to travel as far as Fort William-ish but ideally not much further than that. With the amount of rain we've had, and looking at the forecast, anything that could get boggy will be.
