I was riding yesterday, when I heard a pop from my forks. I soon noticed the left wiper seal had popped out, causing full fork compression. Can anyone explain what has ahppend, and how to fix it? Is it a job for a competent home mechanic? They are 2010 rev dual air. The black box ones.

I'm no expert, but I've taken a few apart. If air at pressure went into the lower legs that would probably pop the wiper seal, maybe one of the air seals failed? Taking air spring out is pretty easy, watch the SRAM videos on tube for it

Ok. I will look into this. Would you recommend getting new a new seal kit?
