The angle of the brake levers on those bikes (and the saddle on the Zen), must have required some serious contortion to use!

This is probably love/hate.

Some people dislike matchy bling (fwiw I think it's cool) + added handguard nastiness.IMG_20250510_094102.jpg

Could just be the photo, but if not, extra points for Hope managing three different shades of orange across five components.

Handguards can get in the bin 👍

Red bike, tan walls, matchy to grips and saddle, massive cassette, tiny chainring, wireless seat post, modern geo, skinny tubed steel, big AXS mech.

Truly hideous.

"I applaud the effort to build a bike whose sole purpose seems to make Orange single pivot full bouncers look elegant.

[I love Orange single pivot full bouncers - got 3 downstairs but I love the fact they seem to make people froth at the mouth]"

Admittedly it does look a bit 'busy' at the back end.

But it was the most cost-effective way to get my hands on a bike built around my own ideas about what an all-rounder UK MTB ought to be. It rides REALLY well. There's a (quite big) bit of me that loves the fact its looks are Marmite - took it to BPW not long ago and spent the day inwardly giggling at how many drawn out 'WTF' stares it got from other riders.
