[Closed] Rockshox monarch

I demo'd a Nomad with a Monarch on. It was "alright" nothing more - not especially supple on the small stuff and a bit too keen to use it's travel on big hits.

I demoed an Orange Alpine the next day with a (longer stroke) RP23 on and that felt much nicer (in fact the only air shocked bike I've riden that I went away from vaguely impressed)

I should say I'm a bit of an awkward situation for stock shocks - a) I'm a skinny, but aggressive rider, and b) I'm used to a custom tuned DHX coil, after which most things feel a bit harsh in comparison
