Personally think S&S couplings look nicer on a break apart frame.
Not sold on both disck and canti mounts either
Mr ritchey has made good stuff for years. I saw his road break away they had one in a shop and it seemed nice, light and tight. At the time it interested me as I flew a lot and wished I had a bike for those dull hotels on a night. So if that's the problem this is probably as close as you'll get to a solution. But if you just want a ti mtb there's a lot of them around and I wouldn't buy this as my usual ride. Ibis have a lovely ti frame as do tons of others. With ti I would say buy quality named frame. Hold it's value and probably a nicer bike to boot.
