Any issues building 456SS with 29'er forks and wheel? Anybody tried it? Any pics around?

I built up a discount 456SS with On-One superlight 26" rigid forks, and they were way too short. Waiting for a wheel build then I'll be running a set of old MZ Shiver 100mm forks instead - heavy, but look a much better length.

If I went rigid on it again, I'd either go for 29er forks with a 26 wheel, or I'd scratch-build some forks to match the geometry better.

I would go 26" carbon forks with 29 " wheel, which is what I run on't Inbred. Much beter than when run with a 26 on all counts.
