Got a week booked in summer and looking to take the bike down. Can anyone recommend routes or any publication that lists routes?

I quite like this series of books.
The Wales one has the Gower route in it.
You can buy them from Go Outdoors stores.

There's probably a day's worth of riding, maybe 2 on the Gower. As per previous poster said, go here for the STW routes.

The Gower Way is more bridleway than footpath, and has some good riding and fantastic views, I got the family to drop me at Worms Head and rode back along the spine to Gowerton on the Way, then back south to Mumbles where we were staying along the sustrans/cyclepath thing. Nice day out, there are some nice singletrack bits and bobs, berms and drops etc in Clyne woods too.

Your only 25 mins from Afan too. There's some nice natural bridle ways on Gower but not too much in the vertical world.

ah, Gower....

used to go there quite often with a local. Brilliant for a weekend but that's probably as long as you'd want IMO.
