Sorry it's not working for you.
Couple of things to dig into this..
Have you read the T&Cs on the offer drop down box in the rewards portal?
If it's still not working for you click the Discount Club link in th emain menu and there's a link to email any glitches like this. We'll do our best to contact EZ to get it sorted.
