Not stripped it yet, but suspect bearings gone. Anywhere do cheap, reasonable quality bearing replacements for modern, standard Hope headsets?

Which one is it?
The latest ones have replaceable bearings
The ones before that don't, but I believe Hope will do you a service exchange deal for the new type

I thought they had only been out for a year or so. Surely the supa dupa Hope Headset shouldnt need replacement bearings already......
