Couple of questions around aesthetics and stickers....I recently brought some fox 36s, perfect cosmetic condition but the graphics just don't quite suite my bike, LoCo can supply the decals I'm looking for but wanted advise on removing old decals and applying new ones, so can anyone offer any invaluable advise that may make the task easy?
Also, was recently looking at cotic bfe frames, are the stickers easy to remove from these frames to apply with a new set (as second hand they're often battered).
if on top of lacquer (pretty sure cotic is as thats the point of the replaceable sticker wrap, and never seen fork stickers lacquered):
-heat with hairdryer to soften glue
-peel off.
-remove any stubborn adhesive residue by wiping/rubbing with rag dampened with solvent (eg. WD40) or with solvent-containing polish.
I'm a tart and Ive restickered numerous frames to freshen them up with this method (and a pair of Lyriks).

The timing of this post is bizarre!
I just peeled my Fox decals off my forks this afternoon..
Brake disc cleaner removes all remaining glue.

Cheers, sounds easy hope it is in practice!
I have a charge blender & decals are lacqured over so was interested in the cotic, seriously considering one if a deal comes up on a used one but if stickers were shot would want to replace them.
I reckon the BFe has decals under lacquer, my Soul certainly does.
Can anyone confirm?
My Soul and BFe both have decals under the laquer.
The gritstone BFe has stickers that AREN'T under laquer. You can remove them, I did.
Cheers, sounds like it depends on year maybe?
No, just the gritstone ones cos they have those ****ing horrible refelctive decals. All the others will be laquered over.
