Can this be done to a set of 120/150 revelations by adding a 10mm spacer?

Do I end up with a 110/140 fork?

They supply a spacer with the fork so I'm assuming yes..

I'm not 100% certain though

Never mind. Just bought these - 389 Euro for RLT Ti Dual Air, seemed too good to be true. Will drop them to 140, don't really need the adjust.
