These are a cracking bit of kit for the money

10mm too short, and 2 quid over budget, but hey.... this is STW 😀

I use an on one cnc stem - they're great. Bolts are not made from cheese.

They do have a short stack height (35mm) so you may need more spacers over your existing set up.

when you get the on-one stem in your hands, check the machined edges where they contact the bars. I've had one that was a bit burred, and I've seen pictures of the results of someone else's bars been quite damaged by burrs on their on-one stem.

Definitely worth checking and a couple of minutes with some wet and dry sanding paper if it needs it.

Pinkbike have a code for half price on the Superstar Zenith stem this month, so works out at £13.49! Maybe not the most exciting but for the price can't grumble.

Anyone else had any problems with headsets coming loose when using the On One CNC stem? Since fitting one to my Fatty, I've had to adjust the headset every ride as it seems to just rattle loose. Can't seem to get the stem to clamp tight enough round the steerer

On-one stem is fine. No burrs, or loosening happening here.

My headset has done the same with more than one stem.

Are you using the carbon or steel forks?

You may find it takes a few rides for the bearings to properly settle, I had to re do the stem a few times but it is fine now.
