To have my frame bearings changed in Bristol.
Specialized are gonna rape me and I'm not 100% sure about them.
Anyone know if Garlands would be ok? Or can someone vouch for another shop.
Think I will get the bearings off Kael from here.

Garlands will be able to help you but bear in mind that they are run by the same company who run the Spesh shop on Park St.

It can be a pain in the arse job if they fall apart and the outer ring gets stuck in the frame.
Try and get a price agreed first rather than paying by the hour.
Fred backe used to be good but not used them in ages
