I have some Reba 29 forks set on 100 mm travel.
I only have 75mm of stanchion showing with air in the negative chamber.Only having air in the positive chamber gives me 100 mm of visible stanchion. Is this how it should be? As I feel I am not getting all my travel.

You have too much air in the neg chamber pulling the fork down.
Empty neg chamber.
Put enough air in pos to get your sag right (25% travel when sitting on the bike)
then add neg air until about the same as pos, but without it pulling the fork down.
If still too much stiction, add a little bit more neg.
