Whats going on? Random down changes. Front mech and shifters are the same age. Which ones playing up? Advice please..

Do you ride a full suspension bike? Could the cable tension be vaying as the swingarm moves?

Bent or damaged chainring maybe,loose or worn BB allowing movement.Or is the mech actually moving and causing a downshift, if so then it's a slipping cable or damaged shifter.
