We've never find a specification, so just go with 'tight and loctite'.

Main pivots 12nm, pivots on stays 8nm.
Shock bolts 8nm.
It's on the site under service & support, f&q.
Most main pivots are around the 13nm mark on my bikes, even all alloy pivot bolts.

Tha is all for the responses. Very frustrated as coming to put the steatstay bolts back in and they wont go. Looks like they must have ever so slightly been squashed and with new bearings they wont go! Radon are out of bolts too. Anyone know if there is anywhere else to get them?

Try Cube, I think that quite a few bolts are shared between various Radon and Cube bikes.
